Chief Executive Officer
Jason Weaver is a prominent author, and a thought leader in product innovation, usability and entrepreneurship. He is considered an authority in social media and mobile marketing. He frequently keynotes industry conferences, summits, and corporate events. His book, Manager's Guide to Online Marketing (McGraw-Hill), looks at the fundamentals of online marketing, as well as advanced tactics for the seasoned online marketing veteran.
Prior to launching Spendsetter, Jason founded and successfully exited from two technology companies including Shoutlet, a leading Social Media Management platform, and Spendship, a Mobile Loyalty Platform.
Chris is the Head of Sales for Spendsetter where he is responsible for overall sales vision, process and positioning. He travels the country spreading the Spendsetter message. Chris has been a featured speaker for the American Marketing Association. He is a veteran in the social media start-up world. Previously Chris was an early employee at both Wildfire, where he opened their Los Angeles office and built a sales team before they were acquired by Google, and Shoutlet, a social media marketing platform where he oversaw major accounts on the West Coast.
VP, Product Development
Cory Powers is the VP of Product Development at Spendsetter where he is responsible for leading the vision and strategy of the entire Product Development team. He has over 15 years of experience working on technology platforms and services at different start-ups. Cory started focusing on mobile development in 2005, shifting to iOS development in 2010 when the iPad was released. Most recently he served as iOS Architect for Asurion Mobile Applications.
VP, Strategic Services
Cliff Corr is the Vice President of Strategic Services at Spendsetter. He is responsible for leading the development of strategic initiatives for clients, as well as serving as the voice of the client to guide Spendsetter's product roadmap. Cliff has over 7 years of digital marketing experience. Prior to joining Spendsetter, he worked as Brand and Marketing Manager for Emma Email Marketing, and Director of Client Marketing for Rockhouse Partners.
