Blair Heavey is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in building and leading innovative high-growth technology companies and is responsible for Moontoast’s strategic direction and execution. Blair has recently consulted for some leading social media companies, as well as serving on the Board of Directors at Mall Networks, a leading supplier of loyalty shopping solutions.
CTO and Co-Founder
Prior to launching Moontoast, Mr. Whitney served as a partner and Director of Technology at Emma (www.myemma.com), a unique email marketing company focused on innovative creative approaches and exceptional customer service. He and his team built Emma’s entire email marketing platform from the ground up, enabling Emma to become a multi-million dollar business and grow its customer base to over 10,000 customers in his four-year tenure.

Prior to Moontoast, Errol was the Head of Innovation at Optaros Inc., a full-service provider of e-Commerce solutions, where he provided Mobile and Social Commerce innovation, thought leadership and strategy for IR100 clients. These innovations focused on driving new commerce business models built from the ground up within the social context.
VP of Marketing & Client Services
Tim is a senior level Internet/marketing executive with over 10 years of successful leadership in marketing, brand & identity development, client services, and online strategy. In his role at Moontoast, Tim drives thought leadership and marketing while also building relationships with clients to understand their needs.
VP of Business Development
Prior to joining Moontoast, Anand was the vice president of Digital Programs at inStream Media, responsible for expanding inStream’s product portfolio across mobile, social and online channels. Prior to joining inStream, Anand was the CEO and Co-Founder of eXtendMobility, a mobile marketing technology company. He has also held management positions at Azuki Systems, GetConnected, Inc, and Nokia Research.
Howard has been managing finance teams for the past 10 years, most recently as the CFO of Exit41, Inc. a software as a service provider to the Restaurant Industry. His unique approach to finance melds the necessities of a tight accounting group with an overall desire to aid the business by applying a “finance view” using the numbers to all areas of the business to help it grow.
Prior to Moontoast, Ryan was Senior Vice President of Sales at Compete where he led all sales efforts across the brand, agency and publisher markets, managing both enterprise and inside sales teams. During his time at Compete, Ryan helped lead explosive year over year sales growth, co-founded Compete’s wireless practice, and helped lead the company through acquisition by WPP, international expansion and the integration of mobile.
