How do I purchase services?
Purchasing services through the Moontoast community is easy and safe. First, agree to the pricing and terms set by the Guide and submit your credit card information. Moontoast will charge your credit card for the listed price and hold the funds in a secure account. After the service has been rendered, the Guide will send you an email to confirm that the service has been completed and that the Guide should be paid. Approve payment to the Guide within three (3) days, and Moontoast will pay the Guide for the service. If you do not approve payment within three (3) days, Moontoast will automatically approve payment on your behalf.

What are Members charged for using Moontoast?
There are no fees to the Member for using Moontoast's platform or technology. All pertinent fees are paid for by the Guide or the Community.


Guides

How do I get paid?
At the end of each month, Moontoast subtotals the Guide's earnings for the month, less any fees that were incurred during that same period. Payment is then sent to the Guide via US Postal Service or electronically via Pay Pal. Guides can expect to receive payment within 5 to 7 days.

What fees are associated with selling services or downloadable products through Moontoast?
For every transaction, Guides are responsible for a Service Fee of 25%.

What is the cost for selling shippable products?
For every transaction, Guides are responsible for a Service Fee of 25%..

Are there any other fees I should know about?
Guides are allotted 180 minutes (3 hours!) of FREE video player use per calendar month. After 180 minutes, Guides will be charged $0.20 per minute of use.

Guides can purchase Key Words to promote their products or services. These fees are determined using an auction-based system. More details can be found under the Promote tab.

There are also fees associated with canceling services and refunds for services or products. See below for more details.

Any fees assessed will be subtracted from earnings at the end of the month.

What if a session is canceled or a refund is issued?
If either the Member or Guide cancels a session before it's scheduled time, the Guide will be charged a $0.50 fee. This fee will be subtracted from the Guide's earnings at the end of the month.

If the Member requests a refund before approving payment to the Guide, the Guide will be charged a $0.50 fee. This fee will be subtracted from the Guide's earnings at the end of the month.

If the Member requests a refund after approving payment to the Guide, the Guide will be charged a $2.50 fee. If this refund request occurs after Moontoast has remit payment to the Guide, the Guide will also be responsible for the Service Fee and Transaction Fees associated with that transaction (in addition to the $2.50 fee).
